648 - Fall Aspen Nature art This “Fedora” style hat is"Fall Aspen" Felted Art 9" x 6. 5" Complete with Frame 14" x 11" I call my process "Painting with Fiber" and use the fiber from the alpacas that I raise on my ranch in Colorado. I am always inspired by the natural world around me. My process begins by partially felting a "Canvas", then adding my design by needle or wet felting, and finishing with a cohesive piece of fabric. I use natural alpaca colors in addition to hand dyeing the brilliant colors.
